We’re looking to add an experienced recruiter to the team as demand across the U.S. market continues to grow. What we’re looking for 5+ years’ experience in agency or search recruitment Background recruiting into engineering, software, or technology roles Experience working with startups or small businesses Comfortable running end-to-end recruitment processes Confident working directly with founders and senior stakeholders Commercially minded and delivery-focused The role Own recruitment delivery within your market vertical Build and maintain long-term client relationships Manage roles from brief through to offer and start Develop and maintain a strong network of relevant candidates Contribute to standards, ways of working, and team performance Develop your personal brand to be the go-to person within your vertical.
