We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and visionary Cofounder to take on the critical role of driving our commercial strategy, market engagement, and overall growth.
\nTasks\nThis is a ground-floor opportunity for a cofounder to help shape the company's direction from day one, transitioning from stealth to market leader.
\nAs a Cofounder and our Chief Strategy/Commercial Officer (CSCO), you will be the commercial engine of Mizasi. You will own the entire go-to-market strategy, from identifying our core customer segments to negotiating crucial early partnerships. You will work hand-in-hand with the product team to ensure our product vision aligns perfectly with market demand and commercial viability.
\nRequirements\nCore Responsibilities
\n1. Commercial Strategy & Go-to-Market (GTM):
\nDevelop and execute the comprehensive GTM strategy, including pricing models, distribution channels, and sales processes for launch.
\nIdentify and validate key customer segments (e.g., educational institutions, corporate training, direct-to-consumer) and establish initial customer traction.
\nDefine core commercial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and build the framework for a scalable sales and business development organization.
\n2. Business Development & Partnerships:
\nDrive all early-stage business development efforts, including cold outreach, pitching, and negotiating deals with early adopters and strategic partners.
\nCultivate relationships with influential stakeholders, thought leaders, and potential channel partners in the EdTech, AI, and target education industries.
\nSecure initial pilots, proof-of-concepts, and design partnership agreements.
\n3. Fundraising & Investor Relations:
\nPlay a primary role alongside the CEO in developing the investor narrative, business plan, and financial projections.
\nActively participate in seed and subsequent funding rounds, presenting the commercial and market opportunity to potential investors.
\n4. Leadership & Culture:
\nHelp define and embody the foundational values and culture of Mizasi
\nAttract, mentor, and eventually lead the first hires in sales, marketing, and business development.
