As an engineering team leader you will be: Responsible for overseeing the engineering team, delegating tasks, motivating, scheduling, trainingetc. Working alongside engineering managers, attending meetings when required. Provide assistance to engineers to repair a range of mechanical and electrical components such as,conveyors, motors, pumps, PLCs, etc. Role Requirements: Leadership experience or similar role experience (Senior engineer, lead engineer, maintenance lead, engineering supervisor) Engineering qualification, level 3 or equivalent.
