Job Title: AV Install EngineerLocation: LondonPay: £200.00 - £250.00 per day (depending on experience)Type: Freelance / Contract An established AV integration company is looking for an experienced Freelance AV Install Engineer to support ongoing projects across a range of corporate environments. This role offers consistent work on a day-rate basis, working with a team that delivers high-end, reliable AV solutions to major businesses, meeting rooms, boardrooms, and collaborative workspaces. Key Responsibilities: Installation and commissioning of AV equipment, including displays, video walls, audio systems, conferencing solutions (Zoom, Teams), and control systems First and second fix cabling and hardware installation Rack building, cable management, and terminations Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics Testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the functionality of all installed systems Liaising professionally with clients on-site to ensure smooth delivery Requirements: Proven experience as an AV Installation Engineer within corporate environments Strong technical knowledge of xbpsjku AV equipment and platforms (e.g. Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Logitech, Microsoft Teams Rooms) Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality installations Full set of tools and PPE ECS/CSCS certification (preferred) Full UK driving licence and own transport (desirable but not essential depending on site) Availability for immediate or short-notice start
