Director - SAP Consulting

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director SAP Consulting to play a senior park of our clients SAP advisory, implementation, and transformation services practice. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the SAP consulting function, defining vision, capability roadmap, and service offerings. Lead the end-to-end delivery of major SAP programmes (ECC → S/4HANA transformations, module implementations, integrations, and optimisations). Build, manage, and develop a high-performing SAP consulting team across functional and technical domains. Act as executive sponsor for key clients, ensuring strong relationships, value delivery, and satisfaction. Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, resource planning, forecasting, and utilisation. Drive pre-sales activity, solution design, proposals, and RFP responses to grow the SAP pipeline. Ensure delivery governance, best-practice frameworks, and quality assurance across all SAP engagements. Stay abreast of SAP product evolution, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide clients’ digital strategies. Skills & Experience 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership or practice management roles. Proven track record delivering complex, multi-module SAP programmes (preferably S/4HANA). Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L for a consulting practice. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive capability development. Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integration, and transformation methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
