Senior Vehicle Technician / Mechanic - Belfast A leading family-owned automotive dealership in Northern Ireland is currently seeking to appoint a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their well-established service team. Applicants ideally hold Electric Vehicle (EV) training or certification. This opportunity would suit an experienced technician within the motor trade who is looking to progress within a respected and long-standing organisation that values staff development and internal career progression. Location Belfast - Boucher Road Salary & Benefits £33,000 - £39,000 depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including: Company pension scheme 30 days annual leave Performance bonus opportunities Overtime available Ongoing manufacturer training and development Key Duties Complete servicing and routine maintenance on a range of vehicles Conduct fault diagnostics and identify mechanical or electrical issues Ensure all work complies with current safety and regulatory standards Follow manufacturer repair procedures and technical guidelines Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Candidate Requirements NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Experience working in a similar role, ideally within a franchised dealership environment Familiarity with modern diagnostic equipment and up-to-date repair techniques Strong communication and basic IT skills Willingness to undertake ongoing manufacturer training Full UK driving licenc Skills: Technician vehicle technician EV car mechanic vehicle mechanic NVQ light vehicle Benefits: Fantastic benefit package uncapped bonus
