Careermakers is currently recruiting part-time , professional, and experienced Vehicle Collection & Delivery Drivers to support our clients growing team. This role involves the collection and delivery of commercial vehicles - not parcels or multi-drops. Youll be responsible for transporting the vehicles themselves, making this a straightforward and rewarding opportunity for experienced drivers. Key Responsibilities: Delivering vehicles directly to customers or between depots Collecting vehicles from customers coming off hire or from other depots Occasionally transporting or collecting a colleague involved in another vehicle movement Carrying out valeting duties , such as checking and cleaning vehicles prior to handover Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and professionally Presenting yourself and the company to clients in a positive, professional manner What Youll Need: Valid HGV drivers licence with no major endorsements (no more than 6 points no DR10, IN10, TT99, CD40, CU80) CPC and Digi-Tacho cards Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive attitude and ability to work independently Good attention to detail and organisational skills The ability to complete paperwork clearly and thoroughly A client-facing approach and presentable appearance Required Workwear & PPE: Safety boots and high-visibility vest Dark cargo trousers or black jeans Dark polo shirt, sweatshirt/jumper, and appropriate outerwear What We Offer: A consistent start time between 7:00 am and 7:30 am No multi-drop or manual loading/unloading Flexible part-time shifts with the possibility of progressing to full-time A chance to work with a well-established, fast-growing vehicle hire company Opportunities for long-term placement and career growth Pay rate: up to £16.81 About the Client: Our client is one of the UKs leading commercial vehicle rental businesses, operating within 10 miles of 93.4% of the UK population.
