About the role : Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement Monitor KPIs, analyse sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability Were looking for someone with: Proven management experiencein a retail environment, leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
