Senior Counsel – Maternity Cover Global financial services operator are looking for a Senior Counsel to cover a 12 month maternity cover contract. This is a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days per week required in the Central London office. You must be available to start immediately (latest by early February). Responsibilities Corporate advisory and general commercial contracts Compliance and regulatory matters Support cross‑border matters within the company’s international network of offices Provide legal support to stakeholders across Treasury, Finance and Tax functions Qualifications At least 6 years’ PQE Ideally from a corporate background (banking & finance lawyers also considered) UK & Ireland qualified lawyers; also candidates admitted in other Commonwealth jurisdictions Contract & Location Contract – 12 month maternity cover. Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Central London office.
