Job Description
Property Manager – National Portfolio (Hybrid UK)
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Location: Hybrid, UK-wide travel required
We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for a national portfolio of supported living properties and office locations across the UK.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining property management, compliance oversight, landlord engagement and portfolio support. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our properties are safe, compliant and fit for purpose, while also helping us identify and secure suitable new properties as we grow.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll manage the day-to-day performance of our property portfolio, ensuring maintenance, compliance and contractor performance are delivered to a high standard. Alongside this, you’ll work closely with operational and finance teams to oversee tenancy arrangements, rent processes and housing-related requirements.
You’ll also:
Build relationships with landlords, housing associations and local authorities
Support sourcing and negotiation of new properties and leases
Oversee property compliance, audits and contractor frameworks
Manage facilities across office sites and supported living services
Monitor property costs, reporting and performance metrics
This role involves regular travel across the UK to inspect sites, meet partners and support the wider property strategy.
What we’re looking for
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
Experience managing multi-site property or housing portfolios
Strong knowledge of UK housing, compliance and safety requirements
Experience working with landlords, contractors and external partners
Confidence managing both operational property delivery and portfolio planning
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
Experience within supported living, social housing or care environments would be particularly valuable.
Why join us
You’ll be joining a growing organisation where property plays a key role in delivering safe, high-quality services. This role offers real scope to shape how our estate operates and supports future growth.
