Uphold coding standards and promote engineering best practices. What We re Looking For Proven leadership experience in software engineering teams (ideally within a regulated or financial context). A strong grasp of Agile methodologies, modern DevOps practices, and scalable architecture. Hands‑on technical background with solid software development experience.
