OverviewMackie Myers are currently working with a growing, PE-backed hospitality group in East London, looking for a commercially minded CFO to partner with the leadership team as they scale. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all financial strategy, reporting, and governance across the groupPartner with the CEO and private equity investors on growth plans and performance trackingImplement scalable financial systems, processes, and controlsManage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting to support expansionOversee relationships with banks, auditors, and external advisorsBuild and develop a high-performing finance functionPersonal RequirementsQualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with senior finance leadership experienceTrack record in hospitality, leisure, or multi-site consumer sectorsExperience working with private equity or investor-backed businessesStrong commercial acumen with ability to balance strategic and hands-on workExcellent communicator, confident in boardroom and operational settingsOur Commitment to Equality, Diversity, and InclusionWe believe that diverse teams drive innovation and success.
