We're excited to be recruiting for a Supported Housing Officer to join our Client in Chiswick.Salary: £29,235.65 Hours: 40 per week (on a rota including evenings and weekends)Start Date: ASAP Are you passionate about supporting people to build brighter, more independent futures? We're currently recruiting a Supported Housing Officer to join our client's team in Chiswick. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by delivering housing management and tailored support to residents, helping them sustain tenancies, improve their wellbeing, and move towards independence. Key Responsibilities: Manage 31 caseload of residents - complete assessments and develop individual support plans Monitor rent accounts and intervene early to prevent arrears Maximise occupancy through referrals, assessments, and managing move-ins Promote tenancy compliance and respond to anti-social behaviour Conduct regular welfare and wellbeing checks Support residents in accessing education, training, volunteering, and employment What We're Looking For: Experience working with vulnerable people (in housing, advice, or social care) Strong organisational and communication skills Empathetic, resilient, and confident in challenging situations Flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends Weekend Once a month only. Staff can choose which hours they prefer for that weekend: 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00.
