Were looking for a commercially astuteSprinkler QSwho wants to be genuinely valued for their specialist expertise. The Role You will take full commercial ownership of sprinkler installation projects from tender through to final account, ensuring profitability, compliance, and smooth delivery. Your technical understanding of sprinkler systems will allow you to price accurately, manage risk effectively, and protect margins at every stage. Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed estimates and competitive tenders for sprinkler installations Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submissions Managing project budgets and cost forecasts Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts Procuring and negotiating subcontract packages Working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients Identifying and managing commercial risk What Were Looking For: Proven experience as aQuantity Surveyor specialising in sprinkler systems Strong technical understanding of sprinkler installations and associated standards Experience with JCT and/or NEC contracts (preferred) Ability to manage multiple live projects Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills xbpsjku Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software Full UK driving licence What's on offer: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum Company vehicle or car allowance Pension scheme 25 holidays (plus national holidays) Life assurance Employee discounts Wellbeing Support Career progression within a growing specialist contractor Supportive and professional working environment If youre a specialist Sprinkler QS looking for a role where your expertise isnt just required but respected wed love to hear from you.
