Head of Sales & Marketing Location: London Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 My client is an established catering business with a strong reputation in the London delivery market. They are now seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead revenue growth and elevate the brand’s market presence. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for proactive sales, account management, business development and marketing strategy. You will mentor and develop a small team while personally driving key relationships and new business opportunities. The role will suit a confident commercial leader who thrives on building pipelines, nurturing accounts and creating clear direction across sales and marketing functions. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute proactive sales strategy to drive new business growth Develop and grow key client accounts to maximise long‑term revenue Build and manage a strong, consistent sales pipeline Oversee marketing strategy, campaigns and brand positioning Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels Mentor, manage and develop the sales and marketing teamSet revenue targets, forecast performance and report on results Work closely with operations to ensure seamless client delivery About You Proven senior sales experience within catering, events or hospitality Strong track record in new business development and account growth Experience mentoring and leading sales teams Commercially astute with a strategic but hands‑on approach Confident building relationships at senior stakeholder level Passionate about food, events and delivering exceptional client experiences This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded leader to take ownership of growth within a respected catering business and shape the next phase of its success.
