We are looking for an experienced area cleaning manager to join our team!
\n
As an Area Manager you will be field based and travel between various site locations in and around the South East of England. A company vehicle and a mobile phone will be provided to you along with all of the cleaning equipment that you will require in order to carry out your job role.
\n
\n
Duties and Responsibilities
\n
\n - Attending sites to resolve any cleaning issues and bring up to standard
\n - Cleaning all areas of our clients sites including hoovering floors, cleaning and sanitising surfaces.
\n - Ensuring that the standard of cleaning is delivered based on agreed specification
\n - Ensuring health & safety legislation is followed at all times.
\n - Responding to ad hoc requests from Management Team
\n - Escalating any concerns or site-level intelligence to the Area Manager
\n - Completing stock checks and following agreed process for ordering
\n - Effective collaboration all colleagues, Regional Managers and Area Managers
\n - Supporting with training and inductions for new cleaners
\n

Qualifications and Skills
\n
\n - Demonstrable experience in a similar role
\n - A proactive approach and an excellent eye for detail, methodical and organised
\n - Self motivated, confident and an engaging approachable manner with a ‘can do’ flexible attitude to work requirements
\n - Excellent client focus and a proven track record of service delivery in facilities management or contract cleaning environment
\n - Team player and able to motivate others
\n
