BIM Manager – Belfast - £50-55k

Ada Meher are working with a Tier One Contractor in Belfast as they recruit for a BIM Manager to join them working on a number of high profile projects. The successful candidate will co-ordinate with stakeholders and design teams on the implementation on BIM processes and delivery of data validation and ISO 19650 compliance work on projects comprising of 1000s of technical drawings & with MEP values of £10m+.

To Be Considered:

• 5+ years of experience in a BIM Manager or Digital Construction role
• Strong experience on RIBA stage 3-5
• Experience with ISO 19650 compliance, Navisworks/ACC clash detection
• Strong experience with CDE
• Experience with data validation using COBie & IFC data formats
• As this is a client facing role, excellent communication skills are also a must
