Consultant, Executive Reward – Talent Solutions
Provide project management, analysis and delivery support on executive remuneration and related governance projects
Work alongside a highly experienced and dedicated group within the Talent Solutions business

You will be joining a team of ~50 people who are trusted advisors to boards and management across an array of specialist areas including governance, executive and broad-based reward strategy, incentive plan design, pay equity, compensation data, analytics and insights, people analytics and assessment, underpinned by the most comprehensive Remuneration database in Australia.

What the day will look like
Support the delivery of executive remuneration and reward consulting engagements, including benchmarking, incentive design (STI/LTI), and total reward reviews for senior leaders and boards.
Manage project components across multiple engagements, coordinating timelines, inputs and high‑quality deliverables.
Undertake detailed analysis of market remuneration data, peer disclosures and performance measures to inform executive pay recommendations.
Build and maintain sophisticated remuneration and incentive models, applying strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
Support governance and regulatory compliance, contributing to remuneration reports, equity plan documentation and board or remuneration committee papers in line with Australian regulatory and governance requirements.
Prepare high‑quality client presentations, reports and briefing papers for boards, remuneration committees and senior executives.
Contribute to thought leadership on executive remuneration, incentive design and governance trends in the Australian market.
Collaborate across Talent and Data Solutions teams to deliver integrated reward and people solutions and leverage market data and analytics.
Actively contribute to a strong learning culture by sharing insights and staying current on emerging remuneration, governance and regulatory development.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Experience in a rewards or remuneration advisory consulting environment, with strong commercial acumen.
Interest in or progress toward relevant professional qualifications (e.g. governance, HR, remuneration or finance) will be well regarded.
Proven ability to interpret complex data and manage projects in a fast‑paced, client‑focused setting.
Tertiary qualification at Bachelor level (e.g. BA, BCom, BSc), with exposure to statistics or quantitative disciplines preferred.
Advanced Excel capability, including financial modelling, data analysis and scenario testing.
Demonstrated application of statistical and analytical techniques to interpret remuneration, performance and incentive data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex remuneration concepts clearly to non‑specialists.
Effective relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlines.
