This firm predominantly focus on the appointment of Chairs, CEOs & CFOs however also support their clients on the placement of other C-suite roles including NED, Managing Director, COO, CIO/CTO and Sales and Marketing Directors.ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Director will join the Technology practice to support the Partner with delivering mandates within the Technology & Tech-Enabled Business. The Partner is responsible for developing their network and presence across this arena and this Associate Director candidate will be expected to deliver and in time develop their own relationships.QualificationsThe successful hire will have a number of years working within a professional, retained search environment, preferably within Technology/TMT into Private Equity, although the Private Equity exposure is not essential. They are looking for polished, entrepreneurial individuals who enjoy working in a more dynamic search environment than a traditional search firm.
