As a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director you will: Lead full cost‑management services from feasibility through to final account. Manage client relationships and act as a trusted commercial advisor. Provide strategic input on procurement and contract strategy. Oversee teams and mentor junior QS professionals. Proven background in data centre, mission‑critical or complex industrial projects . Strong knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts . Relevant degree (Quantity Surveying or equivalent).
