Your New Role This is a varied and fast‐paced position where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities include:Coordinating and preparing schedules for Board, Committee, and Residents' Meetings Preparing and issuing agendas in partnership with Committee Chairs Taking accurate minutes and distributing them promptly Managing and instructing contractors as required Raising and processing contracts against approved purchase orders Coordinating advertisements and notices Maintaining strong working relationships with the local Council What You'll Need to Succeed The ideal candidate will bring:Demonstrated experience in a similar Office Manager or administrative leadership role Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders A proactive, self‐motivated approach and the ability to work independently What You'll Get in ReturnOn‐site parking Flexible working hours Immediate start available xbpsjku Temporary to permanent opportunity 30–35 hours per week (flexible depending on the candidate)What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
