Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a varied and often complex caseload of Private Client matters. Supervise and mentor team members across the team. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm to strengthen the Private Client offering. Drive department development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth. Conduct internal training and contribute to the development of best practices within the department. About You 7+ years PQE with extensive Private Client experience. STEP qualification is ideal but not essential. A client‑focused approach, delivering pragmatic and tailored legal advice.
