The London team is working to bring HLTH to Europe, with inaugural events in 2024. This role is based in the UK, with a minimum of three days a week in our London office and some international travel.Summary of the RoleWe are seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to join the HLTH team in London, focused on landing and growing major accounts for HLTH Europe. You’ll be a natural relationship builder with a hunter mindset—secure upsells, cross-sells, and new business. You’ll navigate senior-level negotiations, build strategic business cases, map accounts, and develop compelling propositions aligned with client objectives. This is a high-impact, fast-paced, client-facing role that requires a relationship-led, consultative approach. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of the European healthcare ecosystem.Primary responsibilitiesBuild and grow a book of primarily European key accounts across health tech, pharma, consulting and beyondIdentify and secure new business opportunities, including sourcing leads and building relationships with senior decision-makersStrengthen existing sponsor relationships and increase account value through upselling and cross-sellingCommunicate persuasively with C-suite executives across prospects and clientsUnderstand client needs and pain points to co-create tailored commercial solutionsDevelop deep knowledge of HLTH’s offerings, competitive landscape, and client ecosystem to drive credibility and growthAct as an internal advocate for clients, collaborating with marketing, content, logistics, and leadership teamsProvide accurate forecasting and maintain CRM records and reporting for all accountsChampion the customer experience from first interaction to on-site event deliveryConsistently exceed revenue, growth, and client acquisition targetsQualificationsProven top performer in B2B sales with a strong track record in event sponsorship, digital media, insights, or SaaSDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIsStrong solution-selling and strategic planning capabilities, including financial analysisHighly client-focused with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled in account mapping and developing new business within existing relationshipsExperienced in CRM use and pipeline forecastingComfortable managing multiple projects and accounts in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong commercial instinct and ability to prioritise high-value opportunitiesEffective at building influential relationships internally and externallySelf-motivated, curious, and quick to learnCreative, adaptable, and solution-orientedTechnology stack familiarity: CRM, Asana/Slack/Zoom, Google Workspace, MapYourShow/Swoogo/Jublia/Swapcard, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, StoryblokSalary & BenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefits packageApple laptop provided to all employeesPaid time off & holiday scheduleAbout HLTHHLTH Inc. is a community delivering unique value to healthcare industry participants through events, inspirational content, and impact-driven initiatives.
