OverviewWe\'re seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Planning team in Southampton. As an integral part of our financial planning department, you will be required to business develop and grow new business across the South region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small (4 person team) in the South, the region is very broad and covers Hampshire, some of Dorset & Sussex - we can be flexible around where you are located as long as you can come to the Southampton office once or twice a week. We would also be interested in speaking to you if you are looking at FP level with the ambition to become Director in the future.ResponsibilitiesEnthusiastically build and develop new client relationships through effective ongoing business developmentEnsure client files are carefully maintained with client details regularly updated where neededPlan, implement and execute the annual Business PlanTake responsibility for supporting the growth of the business, working with the director/partner group on key commercial pillarsWork in partnership with Investment Management (IM) to develop client relationshipsStructure and lead client meetings ensuring all information and advice is accurateProven ability to deal with new and existing clients on a fee basisAbility to understand and communicate advice practices and processes clearly and effectivelyA strong ethic of client and customer serviceAbility to work under pressure and to prioritise workExcellent communication skills both written and verbalHold a relevant level 4 qualification or above (ideally Level 6) and maintains an up-to-date Statement of Professional StandingExperience of managing a team would be advantageous but not essentialExperience of developing new business / have a client network in the South regionExperience of relationship management with internal and external stakeholdersAbout the EmployerEvelyn Partners is a UK leader in wealth management, providing personalised, expert investment management and financial planning advice to support clients in embracing what\'s next.
