You need to be qualified from one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes and have been a real‑life CFO/FD once, twice or several times over, with strong experience and understanding of commercial finance, business strategy, and a track record of success. Your special sauce is your natural ability to build genuine long‑lasting relationships with clients—part CFO, part advisor, part strategist, part friend. Working closely with your Regional Director and a team of CFO/FDs in a highly collegiate environment.
