We are seeking an experienced Transition & Transformation (T&T) Programme Manager to lead the transition of an established managed services operation into a QDC / SSRO-aligned framework. This is a key strategic programme supporting contract re-award, long-term compliance, and delivery assurance. Rate : £700 p/day (inside IR35) Security Clearance - essential. Key Responsibilities Lead transition of a managed services model into a QDC-compliant operating and governance framework. Translate QDC/SSRO requirements into practical and achievable delivery changes. Define and manage programme scope, milestones, risks, dependencies and success criteria. Support target operating model design across people, process, controls and approvals. Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Delivery, Security, Architecture and Operations. Establish programme governance, RAID, dependencies, decisions and assurance artefacts. Ensure outputs are traceable, defensible and audit-ready. Skills & Experience Essential Proven delivery of complex transition/transformation programmes within regulated or high-governance environments. Strong planning, dependency management and programme control capability. Ability to work across commercial, finance, delivery and technical functions. Comfortable delivering with ambiguity, imperfect data and tight timelines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable Exposure to QDC/SSRO, defence or public-sector regulated frameworks. Experience transitioning managed services or outsourced delivery models.
