Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership, balancing commercial reality with risk‑based decision making. Provide pragmatic legal advice across all areas. Lead data protection, acting as Data Protection Officer. Manage employment law or people‑based escalation matters currently handled externally. Oversee risk frameworks, ensuring safe scaling. Support procurement, supplier agreements, commercial contracts and client onboarding. Drive commercial excellence with enterprise sales cycles. Build investor confidence via strong governance and compliance posture. Enable future growth by reducing reliance on external legal support, especially in employee relations and investor support. About You Qualified senior solicitor in the UK with a current practicing certificate. Significant experience in a SaaS environment. All‑rounder advising across many legal areas. Commercially first, pragmatic problem‑solver, partners across teams. Tech‑savvy, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity. Security experience partnering with risk, governance and cyber‑security experts. Collaborative and approachable. Ambitious, excited about scaling.
