We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Sales to lead our global sales function and drive the next stage of our growth. This is a strategic, hands‑on leadership role, responsible for shaping sales strategy, developing new markets, and leading a high‑performing team to achieve and exceed commercial goals.

Job Type: Permanent, Full‑time
\nJob Title: Head of Sales
\nLocation: Hybrid – Flexible blend of working from home and office‑based work at Langley, UK (just outside M25, NW London). Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers and attend trade shows.
\nHours: 37.5 hours per week, 26 days annual holiday (plus public holidays).
\nSalary: Competitive salary depending on skills and experience, plus salary‑sacrifice pension (5% employer, 3% employee) and discretionary bonus scheme worth up to 20% of salary. Life assurance at 4x basic salary. £6k Car Allowance. Option to join Electric Vehicle salary‑sacrifice scheme.

Qualifications: Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
\nExperience: 10+ years in sales leadership, ideally within a technical or B2B environment.

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy aligned with business growth targets.

  • Contribute monthly sales forecasts as part of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.

  • Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to shape customer‑driven strategy.

  • Set sales targets, develop territory strategies, and lead high‑value deal negotiations.

  • Build, manage, and mentor a high‑performing sales team to exceed goals.

  • Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships for revenue growth.

  • Track sales KPIs and deliver regular reports with insights and improvement plans.

  • Ensure data‑driven decision‑making and continuous performance improvement.
