TPL Talent Solutions is partnering with a niche property consultancy to identify a Ratings Director. This strategic hire will add to the successful team. Responsibilities will include: Growing existing caseloads across trading properties (hotels of particular interest). Leading and reviewing own cases across an array of instructions. To be considered you WILL: Hold a full driving license. Have the ability to work with autonomy. Be comfortable with Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) or Trade Valuation Preferably a RICS Registered Valuer & MRICS This is a great opportunity for a Ratings Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career and join a market leader.
