RESPONSIBILITIES: You will: Abilitytohandleandassemblesmall,intricatecomponentswithprecisionandconsistency. Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoproducinghigh-qualitywork Manualdexterityandsteadyhandskillsforworkingwithdelicateorfinelyengineeredparts. Tobecomfortablefollowingdetailedassemblyinstructionsandestablishedprocedures. Tobeorganisedandhaveamethodicalapproachtowork,ensuringaccuracyatevery stage. Tocompleteworkefficientlytomeetdailyandweeklyschedulesanddeliverydeadlines. Abilitytoworkindependentlywhilecontributingeffectivelyaspartofateam. ToensureallworkiscompletedwithincustomerandISO/AS9100requirement. To be adaptable and willing to support across different areas of work when required. Requirements: Excellentatbothverbalandwrittencommunication,withgreatinterpersonalskillsandthe ability to communicate at all levels. Abletolistento,andunderstand,workandgeneralinstructions. Handsonflexibleattitude. Experience in aerospace/defence environment is desirable. However, if you have not direct aerospace experience full training will be provided.
