Intro: Our client is a global systems integrator seeking a Snowflake Architect for an initial 6-month contract(Outside IR35) based in Central London. You’ll join a high-performing team delivering a major data modernisation programme for one of their key end-user customers. What you’ll work on: Designing and implementing modern data architectures across cloud-based analytics platforms. Building and optimising Snowflake-based data solutions to support enterprise-wide analytics. Translating business requirements into robust technical designs, specifications, and solution documentation. Developing and implementing ETL, data integration, and data migration pipelines. Designing and implementing master data management (MDM) systems and processes. Defining and implementing data quality frameworks, controls, and monitoring processes. Supporting the build-out of advanced analytics capabilities, including data science, AI, ML, and data visualisation. Producing high-quality documentation including HLDs, LLDs, data models, configuration details, and platform setup What you’ll bring: Ability to produce clear, structured documentation including HLDs, LLDs, and technical design artefacts. Strong, hands-on experience with Snowflake in enterprise environments. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and detailed specifications. Deep experience designing and implementing BI and modern data analytics platform solutions. Strong background in data architecture, data modelling, and cloud-native data engineering. Expertise in ETL, data integration, and data migration design and delivery. Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, tooling, and governance processes.
