Night Warehouse Operative\nLocation: Waltham Abbey – EN9\nShift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 10 PM to 6 AM (37.5 hours weekly) or Sunday to Thursday 8.30 pm to 6 AM (42.5 hours) \nPay Rate:£14.21 per hour\nContract Type:  Permanent  Contract\nStart Date: Immediate\n\nCentric Talent is seeking experienced and talented Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s night shift team at their esteemed warehouse in Waltham Abbey.\nOur client stands as one of the foremost suppliers of bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products in the UK, serving retailers nationwide.\nThey are on the lookout for dynamic, motivated, and flexible individuals to enhance their warehousing team.\n\nRequirements for Success:  Candidates must possess strong demonstratable experience of working ro KPIs in a fast paced warehuse environment.  \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAs a Warehouse Operative for this esteemed client, your duties will include:\n\n- Picking and packing within a goods-in and dispatch setting.\n- Managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse according to operational needs and customer requirements.\n- Aiming to exceed KPIs and targets.\n- Enhancing customer service through accuracy and quality measures (reducing mispicks, etc.).\n- Conducting regular stock counts and PI checks accurately while adhering to financial guidelines.\n- Utilizing MHE equipment\n- Participating in ad-hoc tasks, including stock relocation and warehouse space optimization.\n\nThis list is not exhaustive; the role may evolve, and we seek candidates who are eager to grow with the position.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n\n - Proven stonge experience in a high-volume warehouse environment handling substantial order volumes.\n - Experience working and meeting KPIs in a fast paced warehouse environmnet \n - Experience using MHE equipment is an advantage (Pump Truck / LLOP)\n - Forklift license is preferred but not essential\n - Familiarity with WMS systems is advantageous.\n - Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.\n - Proficient numeracy and literacy skills.\n - Excellent communication abilities.\n\nIf you have previous warehouse experience strong warehouse experience , we would love to hear from you!\n\nSimply click APPLY, and our Recruitment Specialists will reach out to discuss the details and hopefully arrange your first interview with our client.
