Provide strategic tax planning to business owners, including acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, share schemes, employee ownership trusts, incorporations, and remuneration planning. Lead HMRC enquiries and investigations, undertaking technical research, analysis, and reviewing work from junior team members.
