Role Overview
The role of D365 Advanced Warehousing Principal Consultant is to lead complex D365 Advanced Warehousing projects, bring clarity to clients, mentor your team, and guide solutions from concept to go‑live. You will own project scoping, influence design and architecture, and ensure delivery meets the highest standards. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimise their finance operations and realise long‑term value, while also coaching consultants, contributing to best practices, and helping the practice grow.
Travel and Hybrid Working
We offer flexibility for work‑life balance. You can work from home or one of our Cubo offices in the UK. On‑site consultancy time is expected where required, with travel and overnight stays planned in 2‑week blocks. We encourage customer‑facing roles to be in the office at least once a month but you may work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office regularly if preferred.
Qualifications
Experience in implementing D365 Advanced Warehousing modules within a customer or partner environment
Knowledge of working within the Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing and Life Science industries
Delivery of complex ERP projects with referenceable customers
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with C‑Level stakeholders and serve as their trusted advisor
Leadership experience – guiding a team and being the primary contact to customers beyond core functional areas
Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Curious mindset, eager to challenge the status quo and improve
Collaborates well with internal and external colleagues
Committed to personal development and becoming a trusted advisor in your field
