What You’ll Lead a front‑end team of 6–8 engineers, responsible for building and maintaining complex, business‑critical systems using React and TypeScript. End‑to‑end delivery of scalable, robust front‑end software, from design to deployment. Fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and engineering excellence, with hands‑on mentorship and team growth. Driving technical decisions, code quality, and best practices across the front‑end stack. What You’ll Bring Proven experience leading high‑performing front‑end teams, ideally with React/TypeScript. Hands‑on coding experience in front‑end development, with the ability to guide and inspire your team. Interest in AI technologies and integrating innovative approaches into front‑end solutions.
