Overview JOB TITLE: Legal Counsel – Major Infrastructure Programme PQE REQUIRED: 4+ LOCATION: Birmingham SALARY: GBP 64,000 – GBP 69,000 Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing and negotiating high‑value and complex construction and commercial contracts Advising on procurement, contract management and statutory obligations Supporting the resolution of contractual claims and disputes, including managing external legal advisers where required Contributing to reports and briefings for senior stakeholders to support effective decision‑making Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and promoting inclusive ways of working About You / Qualifications Qualified solicitor or barrister Strong experience in contract and/or procurement law, ideally within construction, infrastructure or major projects Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and working autonomously Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality legal advice in a fast‑paced environment How to Apply Contact Pasquale Agatiello at eNL on 454 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
