They are looking for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join their Manchester office. The Partners are looking for lawyers with strong healthcare regulatory experience and are keen to meet with candidates with a sold ‘top tier’ background. Ideally you will have strong regulatory, disciplinary and inquest experience. Criminal experience is also important. The team handles cases involving gross negligence including manslaughter, neglect and medicines act offences as well as sexual assault and common assault. They also have an established specialism dealing with fraud against the NHS.
