This is a unique opportunity to work at the center of a fast‑paced business, collaborating directly with bankers from Analyst to Managing Director and partnering with senior Advisory & CFS product bankers. You will be instrumental in both strategic deliverables and day‑to‑day business management, with regular engagement across global functions and leadership.This opportunity is ideal for candidates with proven success in COO or Business Management roles who want to accelerate their careers in Investment Banking.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness PartneringWorking closely with senior Advisory & CFS product bankers — supporting them with strategic deliverables, business reviews and day‑to‑day scorecard managementLiaise globally, collaborating with global sector teamsExecutive SupportSupport Senior IB Management in preparing presentations for executive meetings and cross‑product and / or cross‑regional initiativesBusiness ManagementOversee pipeline management and project approval processes, partnering closely with Finance for revenue performance and forecastingAnalyse and report on business/competitor performanceMI & Data AnalyticsDevelop and enhance Management Information (MI) using Salesforce, Business Objects, and internal toolsMaintain critical business databasesCreate dashboards and reporting packages to inform management decisionsLeverage technology and the use of AI – promoting use cases both with Business Partners and within COO to boost productivity and competitive positioningProject & Process OwnershipLead and deliver projects that improve business efficiency or drive strategic prioritiesPrepare high‑quality materials for offsites, planning sessions, and board‑level discussionsCross‑Functional EngagementPartner with key support functions (Technology, Finance, Operations, HR) to resolve business issues and execute new initiativesChampion improvements to processes and oversee cost controlRisk, Conduct & ControlEnsure robust compliance with business policies and regulatory standards; drive conduct and best practices across teamsDesired Profile, Qualifications and Knowledge RequiredCOO/Business Management experience in Investment Banking or adjacent financial servicesExperience managing business processes, strategic planning, or MI development within a global, fast‑paced environmentStakeholder EngagementExcellent interpersonal skills; able to build credibility quickly with bankers and senior managementEffective at navigating complex stakeholder groups and multicultural teamsTechnical & Analytical SkillsStrong understanding of investment banking workflows, financial analysis, and resource allocationIdeally experienced user of Salesforce, Business Objects, MS Office and AI tools; data visualization/dashboarding experience a plusDetail‑oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesDemonstrated ability to switch seamlessly between tactical execution and high‑level strategyExplore Insights & VisionIdentify the underlying causes of problems faced by you or your team and define a clear vision and direction for the future.Making Strategic DecisionsEvaluate all the options for resolving the problems and effectively prioritize actions or recommendations.Inspire team members through effective communication of ideas and motivate them to actively enhance productivity.Elevate Organizational CapabilityEngage proactively in professional development and enhance team productivity through the promotion of knowledge sharing.InclusionRespect DEI, foster a culture of psychological safety in the workplace and cultivate a "Risk Culture" (Challenge, Escalate and Respect). #J-18808-Ljbffr
