Junior Data Analyst responsibilities: Collect, clean, and prepare datasets to support reporting and analysis. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability. Support the creation of data models, including relationships, DAX calculations, and measures. Assist in monitoring and improving existing reporting solutions. Analyse trends, metrics, and KPIs to support business decisions. Collaborate with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven insights. Perform data quality checks to ensure reliability and consistency. Support ad-hoc data requests and contribute to ongoing improvement of data processes. Document your work clearly to support team knowledge and future handover. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will have: A strong interest in data analysis and a desire to build a long-term career in the field. Basic experience working with Power BI (or similar tools) and a willingness to develop deeper skills. Good understanding of Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to investigate data trends, patterns, or anomalies. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
