CLOSING DATE 03/03/2026 Current salary range: £24,465 - £27,476 NHS pension scheme Full & part-time hours available 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays About the Role As a Patient Co‑Ordinator, you will join our fantastic medical admin team and will be the first person our patients speak - whether they contact us face‑to‑face, online, or over the telephone. We are looking for someone who really wants to make a difference, whilst remaining calm, organised and friendly. You will provide high-quality support, ensure patients receive the right care at the right time, and play a vital role in the smooth running of our surgery. We want to provide the best service possible for our patients and to do that we need energetic and enthusiastic people who really care about helping our local community. Key Responsibilities Act as the first port of call for patients contacting us in person, online, and via the telephone. Manage high‑volume telephone and online enquiries in a calm, organised, and friendly manner. Provide clear, accurate information and support in a fast‑paced busy environment.
