Responsibilities Lead the execution of complex M&A, restructuring, and capital‑raising transactions across the Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure sectors, including fibre networks, data centres, towers, spectrum assets, and emerging connectivity platforms. (No prior sector experience required.) Manage deal teams and oversee end‑to‑end transaction processes, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and drafting client‑ready materials. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, infrastructure investors, and strategic operators. Supervise the preparation of high‑quality pitchbooks, transaction documentation, and sector‑specific market analyses, ensuring accuracy, insight, and commercial relevance. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on technical workstreams and supporting long‑term professional growth. Collaborate with colleagues across global offices, coordinating cross‑border execution on international mandates involving multinational operators and global investment funds. Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in telecoms and digital infrastructure to deliver informed, data‑driven insights to clients. Requirements Experience: 6‑10 years of investment banking or financial advisory experience, with a strong track record in M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions within Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuring, with the ability to navigate the unique economics of digital infrastructure assets. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams, coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, and foster junior talent.
