Sat at 50+ heads, they close 750+ retained searches on an annual basis due to their exceptional methodology: market expertise + specialism, high quality delivery and well established network/relationships. Average Partner billings are £1.7mil+ They are looking to take the firm to new heights, developing even deeper roots across established markets alongside developing new markets. Existing Markets to develop: CFO CTO Insurance Hedge Funds Fintech Interim Exciting Growth Areas: Head of Contract / Head of Interim Opportunity, ideally within PE Inherit 20-30 contractors currently out (VP level +) Build a Contract practice of your own LT Goal: Grow out a 10 head division Experienced Partners across new markets Using their model, methodologies and resources to build an entirely new unit.
