They are a company that produce the highest quality products and are sold in over 130 countries and are based in London.Role:We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is hands-on, help their brand grow, lead campaigns across stores, international distributors, partners, online platforms, and new product launches. This is a fast-moving business with a start-up mentality and managing a team of five.Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support UK stores, E-Commerce, spa partners, and retail stockists.Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to support the digital strategy and execution across e-commerce platforms, ensuring strong customer acquisition and retention.Manage and collaborate with social media manager for email campaigns, website content, and digital advertising.Oversee and guide the marketing calendars of international territories to align with the brand’s global roadmap.Manage communications and marketing deliverables across international stockists, spas, retailers and distributors.Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, NPD, training, and leadership.Drive campaign planning and execution for NPD and core product ranges.Manage relationships with PR, media, and creative agencies.Lead budget planning and ensure high-impact use of marketing spend.Guide and mentor the marketing team, encouraging innovation and professional growth.Candidate:Experience in a Marketing Manager role or equivalent.Experience across UK, e-commerce, and international markets preferred.Ideally from a beauty or pharmaceutical background.Someone who is hands-on and enjoys a fast-moving environment.Data-literate and confident in measuring campaign success.Exceptional communicator with strong leadership skills.Equally comfortable planning strategy and executing day-to-day tasks.Commercial mindset who can help improve site performance.Clear communication skills, highly motivational and enthusiastic.Analytical, a keen eye for attention to detail.Package:Basic salary £55,000 - £65,000Bonus26 days holiday + bank holidaysPensionLaptop & PhoneSocial eventsPlus a number of other benefitsHybrid working - 2 days a week working from homeThis is a great chance to join a market leading company who can offer great career potential in a vibrant team and very well-respected company.
