Responsibilities
Lead and shape the sector leadership team using inclusive leadership that values diverse perspectives.
Influence growth and success of the Financial Services sector team and contribute to sales and business development.
Motivate, support, and develop junior team members and play an active role in career development.
Drive key engagements and accounts, ensuring outstanding delivery and advisory service.
Qualifications
9+ years of consulting experience with a track record of outstanding delivery and advisory in Financial Services.
Strong collaborative working style with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker capable of connecting organisational, systems, and technology considerations to solve complex challenges.
Commitment to continuous learning, people development, and supporting high‑performing teams.
Ability to contribute to a culture of sustainability and embrace responsible practices.
Experience
Complex digital transformation, including AI and business change initiatives, and familiarity with large‑scale delivery technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Guidewire, ServiceNow).
Assessing and designing target operating models across governance, people, process, and technology.
Regulatory transformation, including consumer duty, outcomes‑based testing, and enterprise risk frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Financial Services industry trends and the ability to translate market insight into thought leadership.
Demonstrable track record in generating over £500k in attributable sales supported by strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
Experience leading and developing project teams with a focus on delivering measurable client outcomes.
Ability to build trusted relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and facilitate complex client conversations.
Commitment to continuous learning, people development, and supporting high‑performing teams in matrix‑managed environments.
Benefits
Total cash package up to £128,500 including a base salary of £105,000 and personal and company bonuses paid every six months.
25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days, with the option to buy or sell up to five days per year.

Flexible working arrangements with offices near Liverpool Street, with the option to work from UK client sites as required.
