About the Role We are looking for experienced Live in Carers to support a young client with complex needs in a 2:1 long-term, stable placement based in a family home setting. This role would suit someone who brings strong complex care experience, has a warm, engaging and proactive approach and will be confident in working within structured care plans while also bringing positive energy, conversation and meaningful engagement into our client’s daily routine. . What We Offer Weekly pay Transparent rolled-up pay structure Clinical and peer support network Allocated care coordinator and clinical lead who provide continuous support, including out-of-hours What We’re Looking For At least 12 months of care experience including: Seizure management, Tracheostomy care experience, Nebuliser therapy and Oral suctioning Compassion, professionalism, and reliability Good communication skills and IT confidence Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team Hold an understanding of safeguarding Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health Requirements: Car driver Recent UK experience Hold a full right to work in the UK Apply Today!
