The Role As Registered Manager, you will: Lead the Ofsted registration process and prepare the home for opening Develop and embed policies, procedures, and quality standards Recruit, train, and lead your own staff team Ensure full compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 Embed safeguarding and trauma-informed practice throughout the service Build strong relationships with external professionals and commissioners Create a safe, nurturing environment where young people with EBD can thrive The Ideal Candidate Were keen to speak with candidates who have: Previous experience as a Registered Manager within childrens residential care Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations xbpsjku and registration processes Experience supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards) The confidence and drive to lead a service from the ground up Whats on Offer Salary of £60,000 per annum Opportunity to lead a brand-new service from inception External consultancy support throughout registration Autonomy to shape the homes ethos, structure, and standards Backing from an experienced care provider entering childrens services
