As Regional Sales Director / Manager | Area Director, you will manage a team of 10 field based Account Managers that are responsible for managing /developing relationships with estate agencies. You will be tasked with implementing your coaching and leadership skills to develop the long term output of your team. Conduct 1-2-1's and conduct training and coaching sessions Appraise the performance of team members and ensure they are focussed on activities that support great account management The Requirements of the Regional Sales Director / Manager | Area Director A successful and stable track record in service sales people-management.
