What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with recruitment experience who is ambitious, driven, and eager to succeed—both financially and professionally. Industry‑specific experience isn’t essential; what matters is your motivation and your ability to thrive in a 360 recruitment role. This is a full 360 role , meaning you’ll manage the entire recruitment process—from building and nurturing relationships to placing candidates and growing your desk. Responsibilities Develop and promote your personal brand across social, phone, and email channels Conduct candidate interviews and match talent to live roles Manage and grow both new and existing client and candidate relationships Map and source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms Take ownership of a warm desk with strong potential to bill quickly What’s in It for You?
