The successful candidate will provide courteous, knowledgeable table service, demonstrate a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette, and maintain the highest standards of presentation and hospitality. This role includes working a variety of shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to support our busy service periods. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service, anticipate guest needs, and create a refined and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
