Senior Quantity Surveyor: Pay: £60,000.00£65,000.00 per year (depending on experience) Senior Quantity Surveyor Lead commercial delivery on major prestigious projects up to £50 million pounds,focusing on a new hotel and apartment block Manage budgets, subcontractors, valuations, and contracts Mentor junior surveyors and support project teams Travel to sites in England/London as required The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Draperstown (Head Office) with site travel to London when needed What Youll Be Doing Manage all commercial aspects of projects Prepare budgets, cost reports, and valuations Negotiate variations, final accounts, and subcontract packages Conduct site measurements and manage subcontractor certifications Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Drive value engineering and project profitability What Were Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field 5+ years experience in the building industry, preferably with a main contractor Desirable criteria- work on hotels or apartments builds before Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts Strong numerical, negotiation, and communication skills Full UK driving licence Benefits Company pension Free/on-site parking Private medical insurance Professional fees Training & development 30 days annual leave Interested?
